Abstract
The change of years is accompanied by the development of science and technology, the way human thinking patterns also progress. In accordance with the times and the development of human thinking, and the rapid economic growth that has resulted in increased human needs.. Teaching children to save at an early age is very important. Teach children to live economically, by setting aside school allowances to save at home. But at this time with the development of the times, saving activities are not in the house, but in financial institutions namely the Bank. Saving at the Bank not only avoids the risk of lost money. But can earn income from savings with savings interest. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts made by BRI Branch Pahlawan Surabaya Bank in increasing the number of customers, knowing the obstacles that occur in the process of increasing the number of customers, and solving the obstacles that occur. Data obtained by using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using analysis of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. Based on the results of research and analysis BRI Branch Pahlawan Surabaya Bank in 2017-2018 it was able to increase the number of Junio savings customers by 305 accounts. In this case the effort of BRI Branch Pahlawan Surabaya Bank managed to increase the number of its customers has gone quite well. Keywords: increase, customer, junio savings
