Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Information’s content (Information Relevance, Accuracy, and Timeliness of Information), and Information’s form (perceived Easy of Use) toward customer’s attitude of Bank Mandiri mobile banking in Surabaya. Then, to analyze the customer’s attitude of Mandiri Mobile banking toward Transaction Intentions, and examine the moderation effect of perceived privacy concern there. This research is quantitative research with data source questionnaires. The questionnaires were measured by Likert scale and distributed to as many as 135 respondents from customer of Bank Mandiri Mobile banking in Surabaya. Data analysis uses structural equation methods with Warp-PLS program. The results showed that each variables those information’s relevance, information’s accuracy, information’s timeliness, and perceived ease of use had positive effect toward customer’s attitude of bank Mandiri mobile banking in Surabaya. Perceived Privacy Concern has moderating effect within effect of perceived Ease of Use on Customer’s Attitudes but does not have moderation effect within influence of Information’s Relevance, Information’s Accuracy, and information’s Timeliness.
