Abstract
Internet Banking BRI is an application created by Bank BRI aimed at Bank BRI customers to be motivated and feel the impact of the use banking facility that have been provided by BRI through its internet banking. It is expected that the customers have intention to reuse BRI Internet Banking. This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and perceived value on the intention to use BRI Internet Banking in Surabaya. Determination of the sample in this study used judgment sampling method. The analysis technique used is Multi-Regression Analysis using SPSS program version 23.0. This research was based on a survey conducted through questionnaires with a total of 100 respondents with predetermined criteria. Keywords: Motivation, Perceived Value, Behavioral Intentions.
