Abstract
mobile banking services are familiar to the public, mobile banking is an application in the absences of a branch that allows customers without having to come to the bank. mobile banking can be used for balance, transfer and payment information. this research is done to know the influence of attitude, trust, and convenience to use bri mobile banking in surabaya. the research use purposive sampling method with 84 samples, data collection technique using quesionnaires the results of this study indicate that the attitude, trust, and convenience of the use of mobile banking bri in surabaya
