Abstract
PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) which moves in the field of transportation services under the shade of the department of transportation .A train is a company that produces transportation services always want to be successful people who should have the competence, the value of the taste, meet the expectations of society. Railroad serving travel among cities by prioritizing keefisienan time. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) continues to satisfy the desires of users, one of them travel time more brief. This research aims to understand the mechanisms and process penjulan train tickets directly at the station, reserving train tickets online, and reserving train tickets through third parties. Documents used in reserving directly in station namely pemesenan using a form which had been provided by station.
