Abstract
Savings is the way for customers to save money. Easy facility in savings is the important thing. Customers need easy way and secure to save money. Easyfacility will attract customer to save money in bank. With the Faedah savings in Bank BRI Syariah Branch, Rungkut Surabayacustomers will get easy way to save money, secure and get the easy facilities based on islamic syariah.In addition,customers will get bonus based on Islamic Syariah. The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of theFaedah savings and implement work practices directly in Bank BRI Syariah Branch, Surabaya. Results of this study was to determine the implementation of the Faedah savings, the problems that occurred during the execution of Faedah savings and how to cope in the face of problems at the Bank BRI Syariah Branch, Surabaya.
