Abstract
This research aims to analyze whether word of mouth, product quality and price simultaneously and partially are significant effect toward buying decision Kawasaki ninja bike 250cc in Surabaya. Sample in this research are users of Kawasaki ninja bike 250cc in Surabaya male or female which have range of age between 17 – 60++ years old. Data in this research using observation with questionnaire. The technique of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.The result of the research showed that word of mouth, product quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect against buying decision Kawasaki ninja bike 250cc in Surabaya. Partially word of mouth have a positive significant effect against buying decision and the other side product quality and price have a positive non significant against buying decision.
