Abstract
The aim of this research is to examine the influence of office design on work productivity of lectures and employees on STIE Perbanas Surabaya. Variables used furniture, noise, temperature, lighting, spatial arrangements and work productivity. This research used 95 respondent consisted of lecturers and employess working at STIE Perbanas Surabaya. Proposed hypotheses were tested using multiple regression models, and compare work productivity between lecturers and employees. The result shows that the variables are simultameously influencing work productivity. But individually, only furniture, temperature is proven in having significant influence work productivity, while the noise, ligthing, spatial arrangements has no significant influence on work productivity. The result also shows no differences of work productivity betwen lecturers and employees. Key words: Furniture, Noise, Temperature, Ligthing, Spatial Arrangements and Work Productivity.
