Abstract
In today's economy, almost everyone needs the needs of the fast-paced, safe, and efficient. More community members to buy goods or services from out of town or out of their area. Moreover, the rapid advancement of technology developed in Indonesia at this time, an increasingly busy society does not want to fuss with complicated payment issues. Therefore, to facilitate the public in making payments to other cities or regions in Indonesia, the bank provides a means of sending money or fund, called the transfer. Especially domestic transfer. The aim of this study was to determine the Transfer Implementation of the Interior on the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Branch Jemursari Surabaya. To achieve the goals clear and focused, the authors formulate the problem of the definition of the transfer, the types of domestic transfer, the domestic transfer mechanisms, constraints, and also the efforts to increase the transfer. Based on the results of research and discussion, the Implementation Transfer of the Interior on the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Branch Jemursari Surabaya also covers the transfer of domestic as well as the benefits gained when using transfer, these kinds of transfers of domestic incoming transfers and outgoing transfers with description, mechanism of transfer from the sender bank to get to the destination bank, the obstacles that occur in poses transfer and solutions or efforts to increase the transfer so that customers are satisfied with the service. Keyword: the implementation of the domestic transfer, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Surabaya Branch Jemursari, funds and services.
