Abstract
PT Benelli currently does not have a written Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), especially in the procurement process for merchandise, this research is expected to be a written guide and assist the company in carrying out its business activities, and improve employee effectiveness, especially the sales administration department at PT Benelli. Sources of data obtained are in the form of company history documents, systems and flow of merchandise procurement. The method used in collecting the data used in this study is to conduct interviews, observation and documentation. The method used in data analysis is descriptive qualitative method. This research resulted in the design of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as a standard guideline in order to improve the effectiveness of the company's employees to facilitate sales administration employees in managing the stock of merchandise in the warehouse.
