Abstract
In this study, the authors used secondary data from the annual financial statements for the period of 4 (four) years from 2010 to 2013. The results show a comparison of ability or performance of the company after the visits of the changes that occur in the accounts of the respective financial statements. From this comparison can be determined which company is better and more stable than others. Based on data and analysis, it can generally be concluded that the ratio of financial performance which consists of net profit margin (NPM), return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), Revenue per available room (REVPAR), and the Gross Operational Revenue per available room (GOPAR) is not experiencing the difference between the Hotel Sahid Jaya International and Hotel JP. It is based on competition both have a certain segment and target customers. The hotel management can achieve both financial performance defined budget. It can be seen from the revenue and net profit were balanced between the two hotel. Keywords :NPM, ROA, ROE, REVPAR,GOPPAR
