Abstract
Micro KUR financing is one of the bank's products. Micro KUR Financing provides financing facilities to micro business actors with a certain amount. However, the provision of Micro KUR financing also has risks and has an impact on the health of the bank. In this case, the researcher wants to study several things that are obstacles to the provision of Micro KUR financing, so as to reduce the risks and adverse impacts. This study uses a descriptive method, the method of collecting data by means of documentation, observation, interviews, and literature study. From the data collection process, it was found that there are three things that hinder the financing of Micro KUR at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Mojokerto Mojopahit 2, that is the human character, guarantees, and OJK. Some of these obstacles can be avoided by conducting a survey on the customer's personality, explaining to customers what collateral is not allowed, and checking the records of OJK before accepting requests from customers.
