Abstract
Development of the banking industry now is the development of high enough, so that the the level of competition to get customer increasingly difficult. Strategy that made the owner of the banking industry both government and private sector in maintaining the number of customers is to provide service quality and product quality. With an optimal service quality and product quality, which is expected to provide the services of the banking industry will be able to meet the expectations of consumers, capable of winning the competition that will ultimately earn the maximum profit. The purpose of this research was to determine whether there is influence between service quality and savings product quality to saving decision in Bank BRI Surabaya. The sample in this study were 100 respondents of Bank BRI saving customers. Sampling technique using the method of purposive sampling. Type of data used is primary data and multiple regression analysis. The result showed that the effects of service quality and savings product quality is positive and significant to saving decision in Bank BRI Surabaya. Advice that can be delivered is Bank BRI Surabaya should improve the quality of service and the savings product quality to attract customers decision to saving in Bank BRI Surabaya.
