Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage and sales growth on dividend policy. This research was conducted on the food and beverage industry sub-sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research was conducted during the period 2016-2020. The number of samples taken in this study were 12 companies. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling analysis techniques. This study uses analysis on SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy, liquidity has no significant effect on dividend policy, leverage has no significant effect on dividend policy, sales growth has a significant negative effect on dividend policy.
