Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of local government financial reports produced by Taman Sub District, Sidoarjo District by analyzing the competence of human resources and regional financial accounting systems that are owned and used by Taman Sub-District. This study uses a qualitative approach, the data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation with 5 informants who are directly related to the process of preparing and presenting the financial statements of the Taman Sub District. The data analysis technique used in this research is the descriptive analysis technique. The results show that the competence of human resources and the regional financial accounting system owned by the Taman Sub-District in managing financial reports can produce quality local government financial reports.
