Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the Asset Structure (Fixed Assets Ratio), Profitability (Return on Assets), and Company Size (SIZE) simultaneously and partially on the Capital Structure (Debt Equity Ratio) in the Real Estate Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2020. This study used purposive sampling and obtained as many as 42 industries as samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously Asset Structure, Profitability, and Company Size have a significant effect on Capital Structure. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis show that partially Asset Structure has a positive and insignificant effect on Capital Structure, Profitability has a significant negative effect on Capital Structure, and Company Size has a significant positive effect on Capital Structure.
