Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze the influence of investation decision, funding decision, dividend policy, and managerial ownership to the value of the industrial companies goods and consumption sector. The population in this study used 66 goods and consumptions sectors that registered in stock exchange for the period 2015-2020. Based on purposive sampling criteria, 15 companies were selected as sample of this study. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression to identify free variables that affect bound variables. The results of this study show that investation decision and funding decision has a positive effects and significant to the value of companies, while the dividend policy and managerial ownership has a positive effects and not significant to the value of companies. Researchers are further advised to do another sample research, expand the research sample, using another classic sample assumption test, and add a different variables to this research.
