Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and work engagement on millennial employees of Bank Mandiri Surabaya branch of Basuki Rahmat and Genteng Kali Surabaya. This sample consists of 102 respondents, especially for employees of the millennial generation who are in the age group of 25 to 40 years. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling because only millennial employees are taken. Researchers analyzed using WarpPLS and for data collection using a questionnaire in the form of Google Form. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on work engagement, work engagement has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior through mediation of employee engagement.
