Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of employee engagement on employee performance through the mediation of creativity and organizational citizenship behavior on millennial employees at the bank Mandiri branch of Genteng Kali and Basuki rahmat Surabaya. This sample consists of 102 respondents, especially for employees of the millennial generation who are in the age group of 25 to 40 years. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling because only millennial employees are taken. Researchers analyzed using WarpPLS and for data collection using a questionnaire in the form of Google Form. The results of this study show that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through mediating creativity and organizational citizenship behavior of millennial employees at the bank Mandiri branch, Genteng Kali and Basuki Rahmat Surabaya.
