Abstract
Firm value is the company performance from its share price and is an illustration of the public assessment and trust in the company. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of return on asset, return on equity, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, dividend policy and investment decisions on firm value. Based on the purposive sampling method, the samples obtained from this study were 123 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020. Used the multiple linear regression analysis for the analytical method. Data analysis was processed using SPSS 24 software. The results showed that return on asset, return on equity, managerial ownership and investment decisions had a significant positive effect on firm value, while institutional ownership and dividend policy had no significant effect on firm value.
