Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, sales growth, and asset growth simultaneously and partially on the capital structure of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2020. This study used purposive sampling and obtained as many as 7 companies as samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously liquidity, profitability, sales growth, and asset growth have a significant effect on capital structure. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis show that partially liquidity has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, profitability has a structural and insignificant effect on capital structure, sales growth and is not significant on asset growth structure has a positive and significant effect on capital and is not significant on capital structure. capital.
