Abstract
This study aims to predict the influence of total assets, sales, ROA, ROE, tobin’s q, earnings, current ratio, and debt ratio on CEO turnover. The samples in this study are BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2007-2011. 55 companies are collected as the number of observations which being obtained by the method of purposive sampling. Analytical techniques employed in this study were logistic regression analysis. According to the result of this research, it’s found that total assets, sales, ROA, ROE, tobin’s q, earnings, current ratio, and debt ratio have no significant effects on CEO turnover. Keywords: CEO turnover, firm performance.
