Abstract
The value of the company is one of the overview of the background behind the company to explain either whether or not a company the more high value companies it will be seen well by investors because it has the performance of companies that are very good. This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, leverage, profitability and company size on company value. The populations used in this study are automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Data analisis is processed using SPSS 24. The results of the study have demonstrated that the variable profitability of an effect on the value of company, while the variable managerial ownership, leverage and company size does not impact on the value of the company.
