Abstract
A credit card is a means of paying cash in the form of a card issued by a bank to make it easier for its customers to transact. The purpose of this study was (1) to find out what steps to take to find out the procedure for applying for a credit card at PT. BRI Regional Office Surabaya (2) knows the obstacles that occur when applying for a credit card PT. BRI Regional Office Surabaya (3) to find out when the credit card delivery process at BRI Regional Office Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive analysis. Collecting research data using interview techniques, documentation, literature study and observation. After doing research on PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The Surabaya Regional Office is known that the obstacles that often occur are incomplete requirements. In response to this PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
