Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company growth, company size, institutional ownership structure, and managerial ownership structure on corporate social responsibility in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 periods. This study uses firm growth, firm size, institutional ownership structure, and managerial ownership structure as independent variables on corporate social responsibility as the dependent variable.The sample in this study was 28 companies and the time period used was 2016-2020. The technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression and assisted by SPSS 24. The type of data used is quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that firm size and managerial ownership structure have an effect on corporate social responsibility, while firm growth and institutional ownership structure have no effect on corporate social responsibility.
