Abstract
Payment System is one of the holders of an important role in economic activities in Indonesia. If the payment system is smooth, the economy in Indonesia will also run smoothly. In general, the payment system is divided into two, namely the Cash Payment System and the Non-Cash Payment System. With non-cash payments, it is hoped that it will facilitate the public in buying and selling transactions, especially if the transactions are in large quantities and can also minimize the risks that may occur. The use of EDC machines and transfers as a means of non-cash payments at PT. BMC Logistics Surabaya with payment procedures in accordance with existing regulations by involving various departments at least 2 departments that are interrelated. The admin fee charged by the EDC machine is 0.5% to fellow Bank Mandiri and 1% other than Bank Mandiri. Barriers to payment transactions using the EDC machine are greater than payment transactions using transfers. The solution to overcome these obstacles is PT. BMC Logistics Surabaya, which not only provides Bank Mandiri EDC machines, but also provides EDC machines from other banks. Keywords: Non-Cas Payment, EDC, Transfer
