Abstract
The increasing number of competitors all the time, both locally oriented competitors and international oriented competitors (multinational corporations), so that every company must strive to display the maximum, both in terms of company performance, and must be supported by a mature strategy in all aspects including management. This research aimed to find out whether corporate social Responsibility and concentrated ownership structure affect the profitability of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Variable Profitability use Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). The populations in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019 period. Based on purposive sampling method, obtained 92 samples of companies, while statistical analysis used multiple linear regressions As a result, Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant positive effect on Profitability (ROA & ROE) and Ownership Structure has no effect on Profitability (ROA & ROE).
