Abstract
This research aims to examine the affect of profitability, firm size, growth rate, asset structure, and liquidity on capital structure. The population used in this research is the property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. The sampling technique used is purposive random sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and the data was processed using SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that profitability and firm size had a significant positive effect on capital structure. The growth rate has no effect on the capital structure. Asset structure and liquidity have a significant negative effect on capital structure. Keywords: Profitability, Firm Size, Growth Rate, Asset Structure, Liquidity, Capital Structure.
