Abstract
PT Taspen (Persero) is a state-owned insurance company (BUMN) which has several service products, the one is Pension Fund (THT). Pension Fund (THT) is one of the service products from PT Taspen (Persero) which provides benefits for Civil Servants (PNS) to ensure old age life and ensure the welfare of their families. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for paying claims for Pension Fund (THT) for Civil Servants (PNS). The data obtained by using the interview method and also documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive. Based on the analysis of the research results, it discusses the procedure for paying Pension Fund (THT) claims for Civil Servants (PNS) as well as the requirements and benefits obtained from the cause of the termination of a Civil Servant (PNS). To make a payment claim for Pension Fund (THT) is easy to do if the requirements submitted are complete and in accordance with the applicable rules. The conclusions from the research on the procedure for paying Pension Fund (THT) claims that are applied in accordance with the applicable SOP. Keywords: Pension Fund (THT), Claim Payment Procedure
