Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the extent of the effect of behavioral intention and facillitating conditions on usage behavioral of BNI syariah mobile banking in east java with moderating as religiosity. This research methodology uses 125 respondents’ data collected through distributing questionnaries in east java. The sample was taken by using a purposive sampling. The hypotheses were analyzed using a PLS-SEM. The results shows that behavioral intention have a positive and not significant effect, facillitating conditions have a negative and not significant effect, a while moderating religiosity have a negative effect but not significant between behavioral intention with usage behavioral of BNI Syariah mobile banking and facillitating conditions have a positive and significant effect. The pratical implications of this reseacrh are for BNI Syariah that bank to develop its strategy in the future, pay attention to the value of customers religiosity and continue to increase the usage behavioral of mobile banking BNI Syariah.
