Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of free cash flow, asset growth, current ratio, debt to equity ratio and firm size on dividend payout ratio. The population in this study were manufacturing in the consumer goods industry sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019 as many as 95 sample companies. This research was conducted using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that free cash flow and current ratio affects the dividend payout ratio, while the asset growth, debt to equity ratio and firm size have no effect on dividend payout ratio.
