Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity and company size on dividend policy in consumer goods industrial companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2019. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method through certain criteria in order to obtain a sample of 18 companies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously all variables have a significant effect on dividend policy. Partially, the profitability variable has a significant positive effect and liquidity has a significant positive effect on dividend policy in consumer goods industrial companies, while the firm size variable does not have a significant effect on dividend policy in consumer goods industrial companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).
