Abstract
Investment in the form of stocks is a fairly high risk investment. The purpose of in-vesting is to get a profit from that investment. Return is used in an investment to measure the financial results of a company. Investors can assess the performance of a company based on information obtained from the company's financial state-ments. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect cash flow from op-erating activities, cash flow from investing activities, cash flow from financing activ-ities and accounting earnings on stock return. This research population is a property, real estate & building construction sector company listed on the idx for the 2017-2019 period. Samples were selected based on purposive sampling technique. The multiple linear regression analysis is chosen as the method of analyze. Based on the results of the t statistical test shows that partially operating cash flow, in-vestment cash flow, financing cash flow and accounting earnings have no signifi-cant effect on stock returns Keywords: operating cash flow; investment cash flow; financing cash flow; accounting earnings; stock return
