Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility disclosure on company value in manufacturing companies. This research uses purposive sampling method in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. The sample in this study were 40 companies. the analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear analysis. the results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance which is proxied by managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on firm value, whereas independent commissioners, audit committees have a negative and no significant effect on firm value. and the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive and significant effect on company value.
