Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, managerial ownership, business risk, and asset structure on debt policy. This research was conducted at the food & beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange during 2015-2019. The number of samples used in this assessment were 85 samples with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership and profitability variables do not affect debt policy. Whereas business risk and asset structure variables influence debt policy.
