Abstract
Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) is Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) which is engaged in banking sector. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) is committed to being a bank that serves and supports financing in the housing sector through three main products, namely individual banking, business banking and Islamic banking. Subsidized Housing Loans are programs for housing ownership from the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia aimed at Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR) with low interest rates and low installments for the purchase of landed houses and high-income housing. The purpose of this study is to find out how the procedure for Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR), the constraints faced and how the solution. This research method uses descriptive analysis method with library research and field research. The research is expected to find several problems related to the procedure for Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) as well as obstacles and solutions encountered. In the process of Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) there are several obstacles including incomplete requirements, facing interviews, submission of rejected mortgages, high interest rates and delinquent mortgages.
