Abstract
This research was performed to examine the effect of variable profitability, leverage, liquidity and firm size on dividend policy in the manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is 161 manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010- 2013. Samples used were 31 companies manufacturing. Data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method of data analysis used is analysis multiple regression. The results of multiple regression analysis demonstrated that simultaneous influence of profitability, leverage, liquidity and firm size on dividend policy has a significant effect. Partially, profitability significant positive effect on dividend policy, while leverage, liquidity and firm size is not a significant positive effect on dividend policy.
