Abstract
This research was conducted at the Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Cabang Bojongeoro, it provides one of the banking products, namely House Ownership Loans, which is a type of loan that provided by a bank to buy a house with collateral in the form of a house. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for Giving House Ownership Loans at the the Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Cabang Bojongeoro. The research method used is qualitative and descriptive with data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation. The results obtained are in the form of a chart of the procedure for Giving House Ownership Loans at the the Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Cabang Bojongeoro. The results of the discussion in this study are that debtors can apply for credit if they meet the requirements set by the Bank and will then be approved if they have passed the procedures consisting of credit application stages to credit repayment involving the parties involved in providing housing loans at the Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Cabang Bojonegoro.
