Abstract
Home ownership credit is one of the bank products that can provide alternatives, including owning a house with a credit system so that customers can occupy the house without having to pay in full. Therefore it is important for the society to know the procedure for housing loans. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for applying for subsidized home owner loans. This study used the field interview method at the subject's place, that is Bank BTN Blitar Sub Branch Office and observation during the internship period. This research is expected to find solutions to problems related to the parties of Home Ownership Credit, the procedure for Subsidized Housing Loans and calculations related to Home Ownweship Credit. Conclusions The conclusions in this study are very useful for PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Blitar Sub Branch Offices and prospective customers. In addition, this research is also useful for readers. Keywords: Procedure, Subsidized Housing Credit
