Abstract
Investment activities can be carried out in several ways, one of which is investing in the Capital Market. Stock is one of the investment media in the Capital Market which is in great demand by investors. At this time, stock investing can be done easily and quickly through Securities Companies. In developing its business, the Securities Company is working with several campuses and building an Investment Gallery. The Islamic Investment Gallery of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya is one example. The aim of this research is to know the implementation of opening a stock account at the Islamic Investment Gallery of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. In this study the authors used descriptive analysis. Based on the research results, it is obtained data that the Syari'ah Investment Gallery of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya sells 2 investment products, namely stocks and mutual funds. Shares are divided into 2 types, namely conventional and syari'ah. The most popular investment is syari'h stocks. The percentage of customers who invest in syari'ah stocks is 50.5%. The obstacle experienced by the Syari'ah Investment Gallery in opening stock accounts is that there are still many people and students of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya who think that investing in the Capital Market is a gamble. The solution used is to educate the Capital Market with a lifestyle approach. Keyword: Investments, Stocks, Securities Companies, Investment Galleries
