Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the results of financial management based on hablumminallah and hablumminannas among the Arab ethnic groups in Surabaya. The informants of this study are Arab traders in the Surabaya ampel region who are selected according to the criteria, namely those who have quite a lot of customers and are well-known in the Surabaya ampel region. Data mining is done by means of a snowball model that is looking for informants who truly represent Arab traders in Surabaya ampels. This study uses a qualitative approach, the method used in this study is a case study. The research data collection method is to use interviews and documentation to a number of informants. The number of informants in this study was nine informants consisting of Arab traders in the Surabaya ampel region. The results of this study indicate that three Arab traders in the Ampel region have implemented hablumminallah and hablumminannas-based financial management, which have done Tabliq, Shidiq, Fatonah and Amanah (hablumminallah). Arab traders in the Ampel region have applied zakat, infaq, shodaqoh and applied good behavior towards employees and neighbors (hablumminannas).
