Abstract

Banks as supervisors and banking supervisors prioritize the profitability of a bank and to get profit. The purpose of this study is to determine the LDR, IPR, LAR, APB, NPL, IRR, and FBIR simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). The population is the Non-Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Bank. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data from published financial statements from the first quarter of 2014 to the second quarter of 2019 so that the selected bank is PT. Bank Jasa Jakarta, PT. Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, and PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen. Data were processed using SPSS version 16.0 with the F test and t test. The results showed that LDR, IPR, LAR, APB, NPL, IRR, and FBIR simultaneously had a significant effect on ROA in Non-Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks. The partial IPR ratio is not a significant negative effect on the ROA ratio, and the partial IRR ratio has a significant effect on the ROA ratio at Non-Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks. LDR and LAR have an insignificant positive effect on ROA ratios on Non-Foreign National Private Commercial Banks and on the other hand APB and NPL have an insignificant negative effect on ROA ratios on Non-Foreign National Private Private Banks. The most dominant variable is the IPR with a contribution of 13.2 percent.The implication of this research is to follow the conformity of bank rules, by taking into account the credit channeled so that the optimization of funds owned by banks can be done, this can benefit business people besides the bank itself. For banks to provide opportunities to increase profitability.
