Abstract
This research has to purpose to discover the effect of work environment, style of leadership, communication pattern, and organizational culuture against work discipline on accounting lecturers at stie perbanas Surabaya. This research was a survey based research with quantitative method. The samples of this research were 35 accounting lecturers at stie perbanas surabaya by using a complete enumeration sample technique. The data collection of this research use a questionnaire and the data analysis used a multiple regression analysis. The result of this research indicated style leadership and organizational culture have significant effect on work dicipline on accounting lecturers but work environment and communication pattern has no effect on employee performance.
