Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of financial experience, lifestyle pattern, and risk tolerance toward financial management behavior of senior high school teachers. The sample consisted of 260 respondents who work as permanent teachers for at least one year and the main income comes from teacher salaries. Sampling is done by purposive sampling. Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling in PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that Financial Experience has a significant positive on Financial Management Behavior, Lifestyle Pattern and Risk Tolerance have no effect on Financial Management Behavior
