Abstract
This study aims to analyze whether future orientation, family education, significantly influences retirement planning behavior in millennial generation with saving attitude as a mediating variable. The sample in this study is millennial generation who live in East Java, aged 27-42 years. The data in this study used a questionnaire or Google form. Data analysis techniques using WarpPls 6.0. the results showed that future orientation and family education had a significant positive effect on retirement planning behavior, saving attitude partially mediated future orientation towards and saving attitude partially mediated family education on retirement planning behavior
