Abstract
Competition for the internet service company in Indonesia is very tight, because Indonesia is a country with great potential in profit for the company of internet services. So that is the basis of any internet services company providing quality products and competitive prices to provide confidence to the consumers, so that consumers want to buy and try being the intention of buying the product. Telkom's telecommunication holding Corporation as the largest in the country, launched Telkom Speedy service that promises speed and enjoyment of surfing is better than its predecessor, Telkomnet Instant. It can be seen from the number of subscribers increasing from year to year. But with the growing number of Speedy keep Does not guarantee that they believe the quality of the products provided by Speedy. Therefore the aim of this study was to determine the influence of product quality, price, customer trust ,purchase intention of Speedy Telkom internet in Surabaya. The methods used in this research is to use the kuanntitatif method of primary data (questionnaire). This research was conducted in Surabaya instruments data analysis SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 19.0. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Customer Trust, Purchase Intention
