Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the extent of the effect customer experience , perceived benefits felt by customers of Islamic banks on the intention to use internet banking. This research method uses one hundred thirty (130) respondents collected through questionnaires in the cities of surabaya and Gresik. Respondents responses were analyzed using descriptive analysis through SPSS 16.0 and statistical analysis through WarpPLS 6.0. The analysis shows that the customer experience and perceived benefits have a positive effect on intention to use. The pratical implication of this research is for Bank Syariah Mandiri to develop its strategy in the future, especially as an evaluation of bank performance so far in national islamic banking competition; and provide important information to banks to be able to build customer experience and the perceived benefits that have an impact on intention to use of internet banking.
