Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of profitability, liquidity, sales growth, managerial ownership on debt policy with free cash flow as moderating variable of cement companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2007-2016. Population of this research is all cement companies that go public, listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2007-2016. Sampling method used jenuh sampling method or sensus. This research used a sample of 37 or 5 cement companies. Types of data used in secondary data of Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Analyze technique used multiple linear regression analyze. This result of this research with regression analyze are: profitability, liquidity significant influence and negative on debt policy. Sales growth significant influence and positive on debt policy. Managerial ownership no significant influence on debt policy. When free cash flow was used as moderating variable, managerial ownership had significant influence. Free cash flow, therefore, can be a moderating variable strengthening and weakening the influence of managerial ownership on debt policy.
