Abstract
This research is an empirical study conducted with the aim to test the hypothesis about the influence of TQM, organizational culture and organizational commitment to managerial performance. The populationin used in this study is Micro, Small, Medium enterprises located in the city of Surabaya while the sample is used micro, Small, Medium Enterprises located in the city of Surabaya parteast. Sample selection method used in this study is the method of convenience sampling. Convenience sampling method means the method of selecting samples of elements in the population where the data is easily obtained by researchers. There were 50 questionnaires divided and the questionnaire returned well the 50 questionnaires that could be further processed. Key Word : Total Quality Management, organizational culture, organizational commitment.
