Abstract
This study aims to (1) find out the application of just in time in Aluminum production process, (2) to know the utilization of just in time in relation to inventory control, (3) to know the use of just in time in improving product quality and customer satisfaction. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis approach. Technique of collecting data is done through observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis used is triangulation, the phenomenon being studied can be well understood so as to obtain the truth from various viewpoint. From the findings in the field can be concluded that the implementation of just in time on Aulia Aluminum Surabaya is not all applied in the procurement of raw materials, only some items that use the system just in time : glass, plywood, and wheels. While aluminum which is the main raw material in the production system, Aulia Aluminum order it in large enough quantities. Keywords: Analysis Just In Time, Competitive Advantage
